It was compact, neat and with 4 beds.

We had a great two-night stay at this place, it was really comfortable with a fantastic location close to the shopping center, the service was excellent, and the on-site parking was convenient.

The stay was absolutely really nice! It was clean place, staff were extremely friendly, and I liked my compact room. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from Polynesian Spa. The breakfast was free with jam or marmalade spreads, the food was good.

Greatly enjoyed the double room with kitchen, felt like we were home.

The room had multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table, which I really liked. The beds with electric blankets were exceptionally comfy. The location was perfect, close to Polynesian Spa. Adjacent to the motel was a shopping mall, Cobb and Co restaurant, and other family-friendly shops and restaurants.

The kitchen is well equipped. Limited internet is offered for free.

The shower has poor pressure

Its central location makes it an ideal place to stay. We are mature couple traveling with another couple (mature couple with friends and travel as a group of 4) The facilities and services meet our expectations. It is a small hotel but provides all we need during our stay (3 days and 2 nights) we were happy with the services provided.

We were happy and did not find anything we did not like.

The room was well-designed with a tidy bathroom. the motel has a very central location, within walking distance to the main shopping centre. - the staff were excellent.

The queen studio with a kitchen provided everything I needed during my stay.

The staff were very helpful and had a good local knowledge. The family room enabled us to spread out and have a bit of privacy with a two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very close to good shopping.

Luxury hotel located in a shopping area near shopping streets, restaurants, and the lake. Knowledgeable staff providing excellent service. - New-fashioned and compact units with nice coffee. - Amenities include a microwave, a kettle, and central heating, which are very useful.

went to a show at Rotorua

The staff were wonderful, bent over backwards to help with check-in & check-out times, and international phone calls! The room is basic but clean and comfortable.

Watch out for the evil eggy smell that creeps in through every open window - to be expected in Rotorua however.

This hotel is luxurious, fantastic, the staff are welcoming, and the location near the center and two supermarkets is magnificent, everything was simply great.
